By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:

1. General

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian permission, to make purchases.

• All items sold are virtual goods. You will not receive any physical products.

• We reserve the right to update, change, or remove perks and packages if needed for balance or technical reasons.

2. Payments

• All payments are processed securely by our payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

• By purchasing, you certify that you are the authorized account holder of the payment method.

• Attempting to use stolen payment methods will result in a permanent ban.

3. Refunds

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Any attempt to chargeback or dispute a payment will result in an immediate ban from the server, store, and all related platforms.

4. Delivery

• Purchases are normally delivered within 15 minutes.

• If you do not receive your items, please contact staff via Discord or support ticket.

5. Perks & Ranks

• Perks tied to ranks are subject to change for server stability, fairness, or gameplay balance.

• Purchasing a rank does not exempt you from following server rules.

• Breaking server rules may result in punishment, including loss of purchased perks, without refund.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for:

  • Lost accounts due to sharing, hacking, or misuse.

  • Issues caused by Minecraft updates or third-party plugins beyond our control.

  • Any downtime, crashes, or technical issues.

7. Agreement

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Terms of Service.
